I have 3 main styles I stick to, occasionally I experiment with mixing them and trying new ones.

I can draw humans, animals, mystical creatures, hybrids, half mecha, nudity (no on NSFW), furries, and I'm willing to dabble in anything that's not listed.

~. Comms Terms of Service .`;

1.* . ..𓂃 ࣪ ִֶָ🦋་༘࿐ What I will/won't do
-No heavy NSFW
-POSSIBLY can do full robot/mecha, I'll let you know via your request
-Will do anthro, animals, people, and freaky lookin creatures
-Ask if there's something not on here that you would like!2.* . ..𓂃 ࣪ ִֶָ🦋་༘࿐ Payment method & refunding
-Pay full upfront
-I will refund 100% if I must cancel for whatever reason
-If you cancel before I start the commission you will get 100% refund
-If you cancel when I'm somewhere past the sketch (ex. half of the way through the lineart) the refund will be 90%,
-Past lineart and/or coloring, there will be no refund because I spend a lot of time and effort on these two things, especially if it's a complicated piece
-For YCH comms, refunds are only available if it's after the time period I was meant to finish your comm (and you wish to cancel the commission) !
-Once I finish and deliver the piece I will not allow charge backs.3.*. ..𓂃 ࣪ ִֶָ🦋་༘࿐ Communications
-Communication is important
-I will provide updates for commissions that don't fall under instant orders
-Disrespect/harassment towards me will not be tolerated, I will cancel the commission
-Same for you, if you feel disrespected by me you may cancel the commission and I will provide a 100% refund
-If there's a problem with my communication/updates, please discuss it with me via DMs and I will adjust it
-If I don't get feedback from you post-update for 7-9 days, I will assume I have been ghosted, and cease working on your piece. If you're going to be gone for something important where you won't have access to speak to me, please let me know beforehand along with a timeline of when you may return!
(Can otherwise be negotiated if you lost access to any form of communication and were legitimately unable to reach out to let me know)

4.* . ..𓂃 ࣪ ִֶָ🦋་༘࿐Revisionary periods
-Two-three (third is flexible, likely after coloring-before render) revisions allowed, 1 after sketch, 1 after everything is done for any touch ups/minor changes (!!Only one after everything is done for instant orders!!)
-If there's anything in my updates that you really would like me to tweak, I'm very flexible with fixing things and I will totally move or deal with anything that tickles your brain wrong! The main revision periods are more for big fixups (minus the last one) after main drawing processes :)5.* . ..𓂃 ࣪ ִֶָ🦋་༘࿐Intellectual Property Rights
-I can post either full OR cropped versions of completed commissions onto my social media pages (with watermarks)
-If you wish to post any comms I have made for you PLEASE use the watermarked image (unless stated otherwise)6.* . ..𓂃 ࣪ ִֶָ🦋་༘࿐ What else?
-Note: Rushed orders are something I won't accept, most of my commissions should take up to 2 weeks max but there are cases for that timeline to be longer. Since I'm in university, working, as well as using my time for my personal ideas and myself, rushed orders just won't do for me. With that said, if you would like for it to be done by a certain date along the already placed timeline, I will try but it's not guaranteed (may request so in the "extra info" box when filling out the request form).

~. Adopts and Shop Terms .`;

1.* . ..𓂃 ࣪ ִֶָ🦋་༘࿐ Payment method & refunding-Payments can be done through PayPal or Cashapp
-A lot of adopt listening are on KoFi so if you connect a card through there that's another way
-Once an adopt is bought, there is a No Refund Policy
-On adopts $50 and over, I will offer a hold period
-Adopts $150 and over can be paid off over periods of time, ex. increments each week for 1-2 months
-Payment always occurs first before I transfer any files, applies to all adopts2.* . ..𓂃 ࣪ ִֶָ🦋་༘࿐ Intellectual Property Rights- When posting an adopt design that you have bought from me, please credit me as it is my art (it would be greatly appreciated lol)
-Do not claim the art as your own, say something like "design by..." and one of my socials @'s3.* . ..𓂃 ࣪ ִֶָ🦋་༘࿐ Communications
-Communication isn't necessarily needed for buying adopts besides the initial interaction of wanting to buy one from me
-Adopts listed on my KoFi do not require any communication unless you'd like to reach out
-If you have questions, please feel free to DM me and I'll get back to you as soon as I see the message
-For adopts that are my species layout (Anglers), if you want to know more about them, reach out or look at my KoFi which explains things like the naming system and soon to be more!

4.* . ..𓂃 ࣪ ִֶָ🦋་༘࿐ Licenses and Resale of Adopts
-All adopt designs sold are eligible for personal use and resale
-The character itself, when new art is made of it, may be used for monetized content, since I don't expect many people to use the PNG for monetized content
-There are no commercial rights on any adopts unless it is specifically stated in advertisement or description of the adopt you are looking at
-If you'd like to let go of an adopt you have bought from me, please do not list it for anything higher than you bought it for UNLESS you have created new art to go with it, if this is the case, reprice it to base price (what you bought it for) + what you believe or know the new additional art is worth

5.* . ..𓂃 ࣪ ִֶָ🦋་༘࿐ What else?
-Any bases listed in my shop on KoFi may NOT be resold
-Said bases can be used for any other dragon species that is not Anglers or its sub-specie variants
-Otherwise, all bases can be used to your heart's content
-Please respect these rules as these mean a lot to me
